Australian wants business partner in Cebu?

Does anyone in Cebu want to go into business growing Hydroponic vegetables? I will cover all set up costs but need a reliable person to work the day to day operation. This could prove to be very profitable as Hydroponics is a fast clean and efficient growing system.

I am an American, married to a Filipina and we would be interested in helping you.
We live in a rural area of Cebu province and do know where land or buildings can be rented quite cheap here too if that is any help.
By the way, my neighbors aren’t thieves, I don’t know where mr. Wales is from, but that is not too common here if the people know who you are.
